The Hive at Holmes Chapel Primary School
From September 2026 we will be offering before and after school child care on our premises at The Hive. We would like to reassure families that all children requiring places will be accommodated.
The booking system is now live. Please log into Arbor to book for before or after school care under clubs. Due to GDPR restrictions we are unable to automatically transfer places from current providers. It is therefore the parents responsibility to book places. The flexibility of the new system allows you to amend spaces up to 2 weeks in advance, so that there is no pressure to secure a full year of places.
Payment By Tax-Free Childcare Vouchers - As a setting we are committed to accepting payment from all Childcare vouchers schemes. Payment for fees can be split equally across the year. Payment for places are not expected to be paid prior to 1st September 2026.

Login to your parent portal account, link your account to the DFE number 8952615 to set up your direct monthly payments. We will then apply your payment to your arbor account, as they are received.
Is your scheme not listed, no problem, please email [email protected] so that we register.
Before school club will run from 8am and is available for children aged 4-11. This session is chargeable at £6.00, a light breakfast will be provided.
After school club will run from 3.20pm to 6pm and is available for all children aged 4-11. A snack and drink will be provided. A flat rate of £13.50 will be charged.
Wraparound Care – Summary of Key Terms
Our Wraparound Care provision offers high-quality, supervised childcare before and after school, delivered by experienced staff in a safe and supportive environment.
Key information for parents/carers:
Booking & Payment: All sessions must be booked via Arbor and paid for in advance. Booking a session confirms your agreement to our full Terms and Conditions and Behaviour Charter.
Cancellations: Sessions can be booked or cancelled up to two weeks in advance. Changes within this timeframe are subject to availability.
Non-attendance: Refunds or credits are not available for missed sessions, including absence due to illness or holidays.
Late Payment: Outstanding balances may result in your child being unable to attend sessions until payment is cleared.
Collection: Children must be collected promptly at the end of each session. Late collection may incur additional charges.
Behaviour & Safety: All children are expected to follow the School’s Behaviour Charter. The provision operates in line with our safeguarding policies at all times.

Please note that The Hive will not be open on school inset days and from 1.20pm onwards on the final day of each school term.

Holiday club will run out of school term time - please see our term and holiday dates below. Holiday club will run daily from 8am to 6pm and is available for all children aged 2-11.
