Welcome to the Holmes Chapel Primary School PTFA!

We are a passionate group of parents, carers, friends and staff working together to enhance our children's school experience. Right now, we are on a mission to deliver on a big request from our teachers: The iPad Initiative.

Our ultimate goal is to fund enough iPads to have nearly one full set per year group, ensuring every single child benefits from incredible digital learning tools. Currently there is one full set for KS1 and one full set for KS2. As you can imagine, this is a massive target, and we need all the support we can get to make it happen!

Here is how you can help us cross the finish line:

👕 The Pre-Loved Uniform Shop (Our Eco-Hero Project)

Not only does our uniform shop - https://www.zeffy.com/en-GB/ticketing/hcps-ptfa-uniform-shop - raise vital funds, but it also helps us practice our eco-hero behaviours by recycling! We would love to open the shop every week or two, but to do that, we need a volunteer rota.

It’s incredibly easy and feels just like "playing shop!" You would simply sort donations, pack online orders, or help walk-in parents. We have card machines and a cash box all ready to go.

  • Time commitment: Just one hour, any day of the week that suits you.

🛍️ Two Quick & Easy Ways to Support

  • The Friday Hamper Crew: We create gorgeous raffle hampers a couple of times a year. If you can spare a Friday morning (only twice a year!) to help us sort donations and tie some bows, we’d love to have you.

1. 🌈 The Rainbow Hamper Raffle (Online)

We have a massive 19 vibrant, color-themed hampers up for grabs this year, meaning your chances of winning are fantastic! 2. 🎡 The Holmes Chapel Village Fair

  • When: Sunday, 5th July | 12:00 – 16:00

  • Where: The Vic Club, Holmes Chapel

  • What: Come visit the PTFA stall for our fabulous Spin the Wheel Tombola! You could walk away with soft cuddly teddies, delicious chocolates, or brilliant books.

3. 🏃‍♂️ Sports Day Refreshments & Uniform Pop-Up

Keep your cool while cheering on the kids! We will be serving hot and cold beverages, crisps and selling raffle tickets all day long. It’s also the perfect opportunity to come and browse our Pre-Loved Uniform Shop in person.
